Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The size or product does not match your order

🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Discounted or sale items (unless damaged)


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share the following:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item(s)

    • Reason for return/exchange

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping.

  • If you want to exchange due to personal reasons (e.g., size or style preference), you’ll be responsible for return shipping Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered if the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Exchange Timeframe

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping of the new item will follow standard delivery timelines.
